我 坐在客厅里,一边等客户,一边想象我说英语时的情景,还不停叨念着我要讲的几句话。刚过一会儿,妈妈就带领客户来到大厅了。妈妈先和他们聊了聊,就请我和 他们说说话。我羞怯地低下了头,妈妈悄声说:“你不是想要露一手吗?快点吧!”听到妈妈催促我,我才羞当当地走到他们面前。

我的妈妈还告诉了我,在给我取名字的时候,老爸说了点他们那个年代的,很土的名字,比如说郁翔,我的妈妈那时一定是很果断地否决了这些名字,还说当护士问她我叫什么,尴尬地说还没取呢,再想了好一会才定下来了这名字。看来每个家长给子女取名字时都费了好大工夫,期望都在名字上呢,可不能辜负这些期望呀。

星期天上午,我决定要给全家人露一手炒鸡蛋。我先从冰箱里拿出两个鸡蛋,小心地打入碗内,搅拌均匀。然后旋转煤气按钮,打开火,一簇小火苗悠然升起,仿佛像一位婀娜多姿的少女在翩翩起舞。我小心翼翼的拿出油壶,把油倒入锅里,等锅里的油烧热,我紧张的把蛋液倒入锅里,开始翻炒,锅里的蛋清和蛋黄紧紧拥抱在一起,时不时的还发出“呲呲”的声音。不一会儿香喷喷的炒鸡蛋就出锅了,妈妈尝了一口,连连说比以前做的好吃多了,看着妈妈的笑容,我尝到了幸福的味道。
下午,妈妈说为了表扬我上午的成果,给我做寿司。“ye”太开心了,我最喜欢吃寿司了。
妈妈先从冰箱挖了一些米,淘了淘,倒入电饭煲里,按下蒸米键。
过了半个小时米好了,妈妈在竹板上铺了一片紫菜,把蒸好的米铺在紫菜上,拿出一根火腿肠切成条,又拿出一根黄瓜切成条,把它们放在米饭上,卷起来,寿司就做成了。妈妈把寿司切成了块儿,我迫不及待的尝了一口,“哇”幸福的味道在我的唇间流淌。
