对于我来说，刚参加工作，经过了“处、段、班”三级安全，使我深刻认识到这项工作关于安全的重要性。使我明白了“安全大于天”，“安全第一，预防为主”。在具体的工作当中，由于工作环境的特殊性，所以要遵守一些具体的规则：经过铁路时，要“一站、二看、三经过” 。做到“不伤害自己，不伤害他人，不被别人伤害”。在每一次铁路施工中，必须重视细节，严格执行安全规章，做好安全措施。同时，要增强安全意识。学习安全知识，参加安全培训，遵守安全规章，严格安全操作，杜绝安全事故的发生。

在我们日常生活中，经常因为“不拘小节”，工作起来丢三落四，马虎应付，以至于为事故的发生埋下了隐患。安全上再小的“小事”也是大事，在安全上就是要“小题大作”，从点滴小事做起，防微杜渐，不能放过一个小小的隐患。就整体而言，这就要求每个员工，每一个岗位，每一个环节在具体工作中养成人人事事想安全，点点滴滴抓安全，细心考虑安全。做到“不伤害自己，不伤害别人，不被别人伤害”。再大的事情也是由一个个“细节”构成，有的单位发生了安全事故纯属偶然，但偶然的背后是因管理不具体、不细致、不到位中蕴藏着的必然引起的。因此，要求我们牢固树立强烈的事业心和责任感，始终以如临深渊的态度对待每一项工作、每一个细节，防微杜渐，不搞“想当然”，不当“马大哈”，不当“老好人”，善于从细节上发现并整改安全隐患，把各类事故消灭在萌芽状态，确保各项工作安全有序地进行。

安全规程系生命，自觉遵守是保障。古人云：勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。将其应用到安全生产中，就可以这样解释：不要把整改小隐患当作小事而不去做，更不要认为一次违章未发生事故就认为不会出事故而继续违章，抱住侥幸心理无视安全工作。我们要重视日常工作中的细节问题，只有把小问题消灭在萌芽状态，才能预防大事故。让我们以一次次事故教训为戒，从小事做起，从点滴做起，坚决克服侥幸心理和与“违章、麻痹、不负责任”三大敌人作斗争，真正将安全记在心中，做好工作。
