大家好!今天，我要演讲的题目是《律师——我的理想职业》。

有志者，事竟成。谈到理想我相信许多人都立下宏大的志愿：有做经理的，有做商人的，有做科学家的……然而，我的理想是做一名律师。

列夫、托尔斯泰说：理想是指路的明灯。没有理想，就没有坚定的方向，没有方向，就没有生活。的确，远大的理想是黑暗中的明灯，它，会成为你开启成功之门的钥匙。如果没有理想，就没有动力。水，不会激石则鸣，人，不会激志则宏。

我想，有了理想，就有了生活的目标，才不至于虚度光阴。不过，有理想而不奋斗，也是徒劳。正如一句话“理想，不付诸行动，是虚无飘渺的露。”

早在我读初中时，每当看见电视上那些衣着端庄的律师们，在法庭上振振有词地替当事人辩护，我心中的敬佩感油然而生。从那时起，我就立志以后要成为一名律师，也能像那些律师一样，站在庄严的法庭上，用自己丰富的法律知识为我的当事人争取合法的权益。

为了实现我少年时的理想，我参加了称为“全国第一考”的司法考试，经过三年坚持不懈的努力，终于顺利通过考试，我终于实现了自己的梦想。为了这个证书，我负出了太多太多，我一定不会辜负自己的辛勤汗水，为此，我毅然放弃了9年的法院工作，选择了律师这崇高的职业。

我身边有很多朋友都告诉我，作为一个女性，能够拥有一份稳定、光鲜、安逸的工作不容易，劝我不要离开法院。告诉我律师很累，每天都要走访调查、会见被告、出庭辩护……整天不停地忙碌，来回奔波，而这样的成功注定了你将为此承担巨大的风险。所以有很多人反对我做律师，劝阻我不要贸然行事，一定要考虑清楚。

我深知，对于女性来说要想在律师这一行有所作为将要比男性付出更多的艰辛与努力。我扪心自问“我害怕了吗?我会放弃吗?我会这样碌碌无为的过一生吗?”答案是“no”，我绝不放弃曾经少年时立下的志向，我将为此全力以赴，奋斗终身。

成为一名成功的律师需要具备的东西实在太多，每个成功的律师都是在大量的实践中积累经验，经受过最艰苦的磨练，才具备了以下素质：语言娴熟的操作能力、逻辑思辩能力、强大的亲和力、法学理论基本功、想象力和创造力、细心谨慎。

律师是一个严要求高标准的职业，做一名成功的律师那就更需要具有出类拔萃的素质。如果认为自己缺少这些潜质的话那自然是老早就打道回府了，但是我清楚我的内心极其渴望的什么，清楚我的潜质究竟是在哪一方，所以我才会如此坚定的作出我的选择。

律师的路还很长很艰辛，我必须一步一个脚印地为自己崇高的理想而奋斗。

时间过得真快，转眼间一年过去了。在过去的一年里，宣传部在主席团的领导下一共参与了4次大型活动，积极配合其他部门完成各项工作，多次进行了黑板报的更新，在一些重要活动中为了加大对活动的宣传力度，进行了多次海报的承办工作，并且进行了拍照以及写稿等记者站工作！在过去的一年里，宣传部团结一致，极尽我们的努力保证每项工作高质量的完成！在这里请允许我仅代表我个人向宣传部致敬！作为宣传部的一员，我几乎参与了这里的每一项工作，在这里我曾今付出了许多辛劳，汗水，甚至泪水，也犯过许多错误，受过挫折，但我发自内心的喜欢这份工作喜欢享受工作过程中的*以及圆满完成工作做后的喜悦。

今天来参加部长竞选，就是想和喜欢的工作呆在一起，并且希望能站在前几任部长的肩膀上，开创宣传部更美好的明天。我自信我有能力能带好宣传部。

经过一年的学习工作，我了解了宣传部，熟悉了里面的每一项工作，如果我很荣幸的当上了宣传部下任的部长，对部门优良传统我会继续传承，而对其有改进空间的部分，我也会大胆改革创新。其次我有饱满的热情，我会一如既往的将我的*和精力注入到宣传部的工作中。责任大于一切，我认为作为一个团队的领军人物，有较强的责任心才会把整个团队带的更好！

如果我当选为下任部长我将主要在以下四个方面加强提高：

1.部门交流，团结协作方面，多举办交流活动，这样可以避免在那种在同一部门待了一年却不知道别人姓名的事情再次发生，例如再开例会的时候组织人表演一个节目或讲个笑话、

2.提高工作工作效率，宣传部的工作就是有“更快，更新，更真实”的理念作为指导，特别是记者报道方面，、

3.部门工作尽量具体细致化，责任到每个人。

4.扩宽我院的宣传面，我会积极支持下届宣传部与校报记者团，广播台接触，并向他们供稿，积极宣传我院。

5.将宣传部从台后拉到抬前。

6.积极配合协调其他部门，互相帮助，按时，保质保量完成主席团交给我的各项任务。

我做事积极认真，性格开朗，能顾全大局，在高中时多次担任班委，现任我们班团支书，组织多次班级活动，并且被老师和同学推荐为“优秀班干部”，我自信我有能力带好宣传部。宣传部是机电与自动化学院的窗口，我相信我能将其打造成一个全面生动展示我院风采的窗口，现在的我可能并没有达到能胜任一部之长所需要那个要求那个高度，但请各位学长学姐相信我，给我一个证明自己的机会，在不断的学习中提高自己。
